General description of the cottage:

• The structure is entirely made of steel and wooden. . The house is mounted on a 2 or 3-axle steel frame, protected against corrosion, with complete wheels and a drawbar, enabling the transport of the house.

• Dampproof vapor barrier, windproof insulation.

• Insulation of the roof, floor and external walls with a 15 cm thick layer of mineral wool, while internal walls are insulated with 10 cm thick wool.

• The roof is made of a wooden structure covered with high-quality metal roofing tiles and finished with feathering and guttering.

• The roof of the house has a gable roof and it is possible to make a single-pitched house.

• External walls covered with a facade board, impregnated and painted with Norwegian paint in the selected color.

• The bottom of the house is secured with a flat galvanized sheet.

• PVC windows, 5-chamber, double-glazed (in one-sided or double-sided veneer, colors to choose from)

• Balcony window 5-chamber, double-glazed PVC with a movable mullionupkiem.

• Internal wooden window sills, external sheet metal or wooden window sills.

• Interior doors, size 70/200, white or optional.

• Electric heaters with a thermostat in each room are provided for heating, and a ribbed electric heater in the bathroom

Bathroom:

• floor made of waterproof vinyl panels, walls finished with panels and PVC strips.

• The equipment includes a standing toilet, a toilet with a seat, a 80/80 shower cubicle with a shower tray, a washbasin with a cupboard and a tap, a shelf with a mirror above the washbasin, a ribbed radiator and a 50 l electric boiler, connection for a washing machine.

Detailed description of the house with standard equipment:

• EXTERIOR WALLS: 1st phase – impregnation, then painting with Scandinavian paint twice in a color selected from the available palette. Elevation board 19 mm, dilatation, 15 cm rock wool with properties of 0.035 W / mK, vapor barrier foil, membrane.

• INTERIOR WALLS + CEILING: 12mm Scandinavian board, colorless impregnated or bleached 1-2 times.

• PARTITION WALLS: Mineral wool 10cm, Scandinavian board 12mm.

• ROOF: Rafters, wooden battens and counter battens, 15cm rock wool with properties of 0.035W / mK, vapor barrier foil, membrane, trapezoidal sheet or metal roofing tiles. The roof is flattened with guttering.

• FLOOR: Galvanized flat sheet, OSB 12 + 22 mm, protected with liquid foil, 15 cm wool, waterproof floor panels + skirting boards.

• PVC WINDOWS: 2-pane – 5-chamber, single-sided veneer (external veneer in the selected color, internal veneer in white). The price includes 3 windows (120 / 100cm) + 1 bathroom window (50 / 70cm) + double-leaf balcony door with a movable post (160/210 cm).

• DOORS: external, steel structure, full with glazing, double-skinned, size 90/200, veneer resistant to weather conditions. Internal doors x 3 pieces, size 70/200.

• ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: Box (switchgear) with fuses at the entrance door.

In each room: white sockets of 3-4 pieces and white switches with halogen lighting. Electric socket and 4 light points also outside the house next to the front door.

• ELECTRIC RADIATORS: glass heaters with a thermostat in each room.

• WATER AND SEWAGE INSTALLATION: Bringing the installation to the kitchen and bathroom to each point. Leaving the installation outside the house for further connection. Preparation of the installation for a washing machine and boiler.

• BATHROOM: Walls made of PVC panels, waterproof vinyl floor, ribbed electric heater and a 50l boiler for water heating.

• BATHROOM EQUIPMENT includes: a free-standing toilet, a washbasin with a cupboard and a tap, a shower cubicle with a shower tray (80/80) with a shower set, the so-called column, mirror cabinet above the washbasin.

Detailed description – additional equipment:

• KITCHEN: equipped with an approx. 2-meter kitchenette – upper hanging shelves and lower cabinets made by a carpenter in a selected color and pattern of cupboard fronts and a kitchen worktop. It is also equipped with household appliances, i.e. a fridge with a freezer, an oven, an electric cooker, an under-cupboard hood, a dishwasher, a stainless steel or granite sink with a battery.

The presented standard of finishing the mobile home does not exclude the creation of individual combinations. Each client can select individual elements from the equipment and layout of the house, including the arrangement of rooms, etc.
