For the construction of the house, we use the best raw materials and materials from Scandinavia. We use Swedish C24 certified wood, dried to 16-18% humidity.

The house is well insulated with 15 cm mineral wool with properties of 0.035 W / mK, protected with a membrane and a vapor barrier foil. The insulation is designed in such a way that the house can be used all year round. We use the highest quality Norwegian paints to impregnate the wood.

The house has a steel and wooden structure which makes it stable and guarantees high durability of the building.

The house is mounted on a steel frame with complete wheels, making it mobile, which gives it an additional advantage, which is the possibility of moving the house within the plot or anywhere else if necessary.

The finished house weighs approx. 6 tons depending on the size and its equipment.
